16 Handles provides very hands-on support from the site selection process to the grand opening and beyond. As a 16 Handles franchisee, you are truly a partner and will work closely with the franchising team including the founders of the company. During the site selection process, we will work together to understand the local market and to determine the best location for your 16 Handles store. We will then get our design & architect team to create the optimal store layout. You and your managers will then receive training at our corporate location for up to two weeks and receive pre-opening assistance at your own location. You will also have access to all 16 Handles' trademarks, approved suppliers and our exclusive operational tools including our operations manual.
