Several years ago we discussed the option of franchising and taking Andy’s Frozen Custard® worldwide. Frankly, we were skeptical. I wasn’t convinced that we could duplicate our customer experience, so we tabled the idea.
Then it occurred to us, what if we only select those precious few people that are as committed and as fanatical as we are? It is my highest hope that you are one of those few people. Are you?

In essence, frozen custard is ice cream evolved to its highest level. Made from a secret mix, the frozen custard served up at Andy’s™ is richer, creamier, silkier and more flavorful than ice cream or frozen yogurt. This is because Andy’s Frozen Custard® is much denser than ice cream, making each spoonful more intense and flavorful!

Training & Support
We will continue to provide help with all aspects of growing your business. We regularly update our Operations Manual with new procedures and other information. We’ll also visit with you periodically to consult in the ongoing development of your Andy's Frozen Custard® business, and conduct ongoing training programs for you and your staff.
Why Andy's Frozen Custard?
You'll receive initial operations training, advice and recommendations for site selection and build-out, on-site startup assistance, a copy of our detailed Operations Manual, and permission to use Andy's Frozen Custard® trademarks.
Everyone at Andy’s Frozen Custard® shares a fanaticism about frozen custard, and we’ve developed and fine tuned the systems to deliver superior frozen custard every hour of every day. The efficiency of the Andy’s™ system is evident by the retail price of our frozen creations. Andy’s™ serves a high volume of a ‘luxury’ product at a competitive price, all the while maintaining profitability.
Are You a Good Fit for Andy's Frozen Custard?
Prior restaurant industry experience is not required. We look for franchisees that have strong skills in working with people, managing a business and employees, and providing good customer service.
The estimated initial investment required ranges from $395,750 and $859,000 (excluding real estate). As with any new business venture, it’s important that you have the capital needed to adequately fund your new business.
The initial term of your Andy's Frozen Custard® franchise agreement is ten years, with two subsequent successor options of five years each.
