Training & Support

SITE SELECTION/CONSTRUCTION
We help each franchisee start off on the right foot, with LOCATION! We assist with site location and construction. Suitable sites must meet our criteria for optimal market conditions. Once a location is secured, we assist with space planning and build-out activities. All supplies, equipment, furniture, signage, and other decor items are ordered and installed under our supervision.

TRAINING
We provide extensive training, prior to opening, and as an ongoing process. Every detail regarding safe, clean, and successful food service is discussed, reviewed, and demonstrated.

FIELD SUPPORT
From the moment your store opens for business, one of our field representatives will be on hand to continue the training process with your staff. Each basic operational process is reviewed with special focus on food preparation and customer relations. Once a franchise is operating smoothly and efficiently, ongoing operational support and services are provided as system issues arise. Each franchisee can depend on the BETWEEN ROUNDS support staff to be there for them.

PROMOTIONAL SUPPORT
Each BETWEEN ROUNDS franchise is obligated to perform promotional activities during your store's Grand Opening, and in an ongoing fashion thereafter. Recommendations for advertising programs, including the production of advertising materials and media selection and media buying, are provided by our marketing support staff in tandem with our advertising agency. Equally important is the implementation of in-store promotions that create a sense of excitement for your customers. Guidelines for successful programs are provided on an ongoing basis, with revisions and additions supplied as needed.

Bright, colorful awnings catch your customer's attention, and invite them in. The interior of our stores are designed with soft colors on the wall, "suspended-in-air" ceilings, and carpeting underfoot. The feeling a customer gets is relaxed, comfortable, and inviting. Our goal is to make Between Rounds a community gathering place. We custom create a mural that showcases the historic individuals and buildings that are unique and important to each town we are in.
