By taking a proactive approach, we personally participate in the site selection process along with a group of veteran restaurant focused real estate advisors. This is one of the three critical steps in long term success and we do not take it lightly. We have a comprehensive, technology integrated, process that we never compromise and we do not take “B” class locations.

Support

We provide the best-in-class support that doesn't end once your store is built, your staff is trained, and your business is opened. Each store is assigned a business consultant who will assist in the strategic and operational questions that you will inevitably encounter after your Grand Opening. We're here to motivate, encourage, and share best practices. Training is three weeks in Atlanta and covers all aspects of the business model, with a focus on real world operations. Also 10 days of training, pre-opening and grand opening support.
