Canyons is owned by Baja Fresh, and receives support directly from the Baja Fresh Team. Like Baja Fresh, Canyons focuses on fresh, high quality ingredients with 100 percent fresh Black Angus Beef in its line of specialty burgers. Additionally, Canyons offers several vegetarian options and serves white meat hand-battered chicken tenders that are cooked to order. Canyons Burger is available as a standalone concept, or as a co-brand with Baja Fresh.
