Our unique process is a ‘Dry-Cleaning’ methodology, which assures that your carpets are completely dry in about 30-60 minutes!  We offer our unique ‘Circular Extraction’ methodology, which is the latest, and most effective in carpet cleaning technology. Our Patent pending formula contains 3 separate Citrus Based Solutions that contain commercial strength degreasers, carpet brighteners, emulsifiers and solvents that react quickly so we can safely and easily remove even the toughest stains that our technicians will encounter on your carpets and area rugs!   We have even sold thousands of quart Spray bottles and gallons of our unique cleaner to our customer base that now will not use any other product on their carpets and upholstery but ours!

In Addition, Carpet Dry-Tech also offers our unique '1-year maintenance program' of re-cleanings for only $10 per room/area! If your initial cleaning is $99 or more, for 1 full year you will be entitled to re-clean those same areas for only $10 per area and a $35 trip charge! Whether You want to re-clean only one, two or all of those rooms/areas, we will return as many times as you would like throughout the year!

There are many benefits to starting a business, don’t go into it alone so that you can have the road map and plan laid out for you. You can count on great training, support and coaching from the Carpet Dry-Tech management team as you build your franchise business, you get to be in business for yourself, but not by yourself.

Training: Initial assistance provided by The Franchisor will include the following franchisee training program (which is included as part of your Carpet Dry-Tech Start-up Package!): Carpet Dry-Tech will provide franchisees with approximately FIVE Full days of initial training (1-2 days in classroom & remainder out in the field with existing senior technicians), at the Franchisor's headquarters in Northern Georgia or at a location designated by the Franchisor, beginning approximately two to four weeks before the franchisee is scheduled to open for business. Training instruction will pertain to and cover all administrative, operational, and sales/marketing matters; it will also include a liberal amount of on-the-job training covering our process, services & techniques. This training will be provided for the franchisee and up to one other team member.

Following our extensive training, along with our comprehensive start-up Packages containing all required equipment, supplies, paperwork, advertisements and solutions that will last for at least the first 2-3 months worth of jobs, the Franchisee is able to start generating income right away!
