The Ideal Candidate

Our  franchisees have come from a variety of backgrounds, possessing a variety of different skill sets.

We greatly value this diversity, however, it is important that each of our candidates possess—at a minimum—the following:

Education and Work Experience: A college degree-preferably with numerous courses in the sciences or engineering. An extensive background working with children in either classroom,  summer camp, museum, park and recreation, aquariums or church settings.

Strong Leadership Skills: The proven ability to manage, delegate, lead and act as CEO of their organization.

Desire to Expand: After a few years in operation our average franchisee operate multiple camp and after school programs.  At a minimum you should have a desire to continually expand your territory; ideally you want to join our other franchisees and establish multiple programs .

Dedicated Commitment: Although an owner can start at home building on part-time basis, this is not a business for absentee owners. The desire to follow Club Scientifics’ systems and programs
