Are You a Good Fit for Country Place Living?
Home Plus candidates must have a minimum of $750,000 net worth. Of this amount, $150,000 is the minimum cash requirement. Senior Living candidates must have a minimum of $1,000,000 net worth. Of this amount, $400,000 is the minimum cash requirement. We expect our franchisee to be caring and helpful – with an altruistic motivation, have business and/or financial acumen, be profit minded, hardworking, authentic, full of integrity and honesty, coachable, be respectful and courteous, optimistic, positive and enthusiastic, and be accountable.
