SUMMARY OF FRANCHISOR'S SUPPORT:
- Weekly, for a period of 10 weeks after store opening, the Franchise Business Consultant will call your operator to review sales, cost of sales and labor cost information
- Your Franchise Business Consultant will visit your restaurant a minimum of once per quarter
- Every quarter your Franchise Business Consultant will review the overall status of your operations
- An inspection of your restaurant will be conducted at least two times per year (the minimum acceptable inspection score is 80%)
- A facilities inspection will be conducted annually by the Franchise Business Consultant
