Dream Dinners created the meal-assembly concept and founded our company on a mission of helping busy families eat together around the dinner table. We provide everything our guests need to assemble dinners they take home, freeze and serve to their families during the weeks. Dream Dinners offers freedom from the hassles and headaches of planning and preparing meals, while also offering friends and family an opportunity to come together in a fun-filled setting to assemble Dream Dinners.

Dream Dinners can be ordered online or you can be involved in the process:

At our Store
  • Upon arrival -- The only thing we suggest you bring is a cooler or boxes for transporting your Dream Dinners home. When you arrive at the store, grab an apron and prepare to enjoy yourself. Our staff will provide you with an order summary, recipe labels and help you get started with a brief orientation.
  • Assemble your dinners -- Assembling your dinners is fun and easy. Assembly stations are organized so that guests rotate from one to the next. Each station has all the ingredients needed for a particular dinner, from main ingredients to sauces to seasonings. Easy-to-follow instructions are posted, all the ingredients are precut, and appropriate measuring cups and spoons are provided. Scoop or pour ingredients into Ziploc® bags or baking pans that we provide. It’s that simple.
  • Once assembled -- Stow your assembled dinners in a refrigerator on a shelf we assign specifically for you. Once you’ve finished assembling your dinners, pack them into your cooler or box for the ride home. We’ll take care of all the clean up.
  • Plan ahead -- Check out our next month’s menu and book your next session before you leave.

At your home
Freeze first then enjoy
Once home, place your uncooked dinners into your freezer, and plan to serve them to your family in the weeks ahead. We recommend that you select 3 dinners at the beginning of each week, place them in your refrigerator to thaw and prepare them according to the instructions on the cooking label that comes with each dinner. Many selections come with uncooked rice or pasta to accompany your meal. We also offer ideas for salads or side dishes that will pair perfectly with your Dream Dinners. Once your Dream Dinners are served, sit back and watch as your family dines with delight.

For your fee you receive:
  • Market area review and site selection support.
  • Welcome Basket and Getting Your Business Started packages designed to prepare you for all steps of your store development process and training.
  • Training at our home office Learning and Development Center, as well as tools for staff training at your store.
  • Grand opening event support with home office staff available at your store.
  • Web site presence, operational support and reporting tools.

Dream Dinners provides you with many levels of support beginning from the time you become a new owner and until after you open your doors.
  • We work with you and local regulatory agencies throughout development.
  • Our professional staff and systems support your business with a refreshing guest-oriented web site, online ordering and web-based communications and tools.
  • Marketing collateral, our web site and menus are updated on a regular basis to reflect seasonality and changes in product offerings.
  • We have a full-time coaching staff providing support through conference calls and on-site visits.
  • Regular regional meetings, monthly communications and web-based, continuing education.


Why Dream Dinners?

Dream Dinners is proud to be a member in good standing of the IFA. Companies belonging to the IFA must meet membership requirements such as satisfactory financial health, compliance with franchise laws, as well as agreeing to abide by the IFA Code of Ethics. The IFA is our information link to regulatory changes affecting franchise law, and they provide continuing education in addition to current information about emerging industry technologies and trends.


Are You a Good Fit for Dream Dinners?

There is a $10,000 fee for environmental design, branding and grand opening support.

Royalty fees are 6% plus a 2% national marketing fee payable monthly, based on gross monthly sales.

Your total estimated costs will range from $250,000 to $370,000 which includes franchise fees, store build-out and working capital. The range of expenditures for an individual store varies depending on market area and site location, along with working capital which is determined by you.
