Training

The 12 day training program is comprised of 60 hours of classroom training and 57 hours of on the job training. We use manuals, workbooks, and other training aids during the training program.

Eggfast also may offer additional or refresher training courses from time to time. Some of these courses may be mandatory, and some may be optional. These courses may be conducted at the company's headquarters or at any other locations selected by the company.

• Average franchise site consists of 1,500-2,200 sq ft of kitchen area, dining and counter seating
• Not all locations will be required to operate the 24 hour model. Eggfast will approve alternate operational hours on a case by case basis.
