Overview

The proprietary product, EPC 2000, is a green, latex-based, nontoxic coating that contours to any size and shape. It rubberizes as it dries keeping the fixtures factory new during the construction/remodeling process.

In protecting fiberglass, acrylic, cast iron, and porcelain surfaces (tubs, showers, and whirlpools) Essentials Franchise Corporation (EFC) has found that no other product protects as well as their proprietary, state-of-the-art chemical coating during the construction process.

Products & Services

A convenient, exclusive process for protecting fiberglass fixtures. Operate your business from a home or a warehouse/office for rapid expansion.

EFC knows the importance of proper application and has developed a methodology based on the following steps:

Preparation
Initially, the area to be coated must be power washed and thoroughly dried

Evaluation
The surface, once cleaned, is carefully inspected for scratches, chips, stains, and the like. All such imperfections are documented using an evaluation form and presented to the Builder.

Application
EPC 2000's application process is complete in ten to fifteen minutes using a sprayer mounted in a full size commercial van. Two coats are applied. A special strengthener is placed between the layers for additional protection. The surface is nearly impossible to scratch or stain during normal abuse, and can withstand ladders, subcontractors' boots, sheet rock mud, paint, dirt, and grime.

Removal
When construction is complete, the final cleaning crew can easily remove the coating by peeling back the edges toward the center creating a "garbage bag" keeping dust and debris from escape. The cleaning crew simply tosses the "bag" into a dumpster.
