Our initial training session is comprehensive and detailed and is just the first phase in learning to be a top producer in this industry. Our training sessions are conducted via webinar and teleconference so no travel is required. Most training sessions are conducted for 4 hours a day for 3 consecutive days and cover the following topics:

Initial Investment and Fees

 

The initial investment to join the Franchise Select Group is a one-time license and training fee of $9,900. In-house financing may be available to qualified brokers.

 

In addition to the initial investment brokers pay a percentage of their broker commissions ranging from 5% - 10% depending on volume.
