Franchisees Responsibilities

Franchisees are the operators of their own internet media company. They establish rapport in the local business community; sell the GFIT service to local businesses and consistently communicate with their customers to help achieve the goal of “Getting Found In Town.”  They then fill out the electronic order forms for processing and production. In general, they manage their internet media business to ensure growth and profitability. GFIT’s state-of-the-art software and technology ensures consistent quality that allows the franchisees to concentrate on generating more profit through sales and customer service. Franchisees have the opportunity to grow in additional territories, if proven successful in their initial start-up.  GFIT has a vested interest in the financial future of every franchisee and supports the efforts to build equity and grow their company.

Experience

A successful franchisee will possess strong sales and customer service skills.  This candidate will have a good follow-up regimen and realize, not all sales occur on the first, second or even third visit. Previous sales or internet marketing experience is not necessary with our in field training program provided by GFIT.  Regardless of their experience, all franchisees are highly motivated, success-oriented, self-disciplined individuals dedicated to marketing a product that consistently delivers results for the client.

Training

Training consists of  4 days of one on one training with a GFIT representative in your local territory. Day one consists of  an introduction to internet marketing and a detailed, hands on tutorial of each of the basic media platforms used by GFIT. Day two is a  more detailed analysis of  these outlets and how they benefit the small business owner. The third  day will be in field prospecting and cold calling by the GFIT representative and day four will be joint sales participation by the GFIT representative and the local franchisee.

Advanced training sessions will be provided via web conferences, videos and home office sessions.
