Helping You Get Started:

• Site Selection: Villa can assist you in securing a new site or provide research on a site you propose. We also provide site selection training to help you identify the most opportunistic locations. And to help success, VE approves all locations selected. While our criteria are stringent it serves to make sure the best possible conditions for success are met.
• Lease Negotiation: Our leasing team is here to assist you with your lease negotiations. You can use an authorized broker or retain a local real estate attorney to help you through this process.
• Restaurant Design: Our design and construction department provides you with guidance from drawings to the final punch list. Every Villa restaurant has a carefully planned contemporary design that offers guests a friendly and relaxing atmosphere. The design has been developed to maximize every opportunity that will build a strong and memorable brand. Our design team works closely with the landlord, franchisee, contractors and architects to maximize the layout and best serve the customer.

Villa University

Villa University provides 3 weeks of intensive hands on training at our national training facility. You, your manager and any operating partners will be trained in all aspects of running a Villa Enterprises restaurant.

We’ll provide you our Confidential and Proprietary Recipe Manuals and train you in all operational aspects of your business, to include:

Marketing and Promotions

On a store level, Villa Enterprises develops promotional campaigns throughout the year to drive store traffic. Campaigns include new product LTO’s, Co-Branded national sweepstakes with national print, radio and TV overlays, local store marketing campaigns and local store marketing tools. Additionally, you have access to our team of experienced marketing professionals to help guide you through any marketing uncertainties.

On a corporate level we are actively advertising our brands to help create the demand necessary for our continued success. This ensures that our concepts are front of mind when it comes to competing for the best locations with mall developers, airports, casinos, colleges and other opportunities.

Operations Guides and Manuals

Extremely thorough manuals have been developed to cover every aspect of our operations. We offer a new store opening guide, recipe manuals and standards of operation manuals. From training to opening and beyond, these manuals and their periodic updates will play a crucial role in your growth and success.
