Products & Services
From pastrami to corned beef to prime rib sandwiches and tasty wraps, to fresh salads and healthy smoothies, to mouth-watering cheesecake and other delectable desserts, you’ll want to keep coming back to try something new. We only use the best ingredients for our fresh baked breads. You can choose from Ciabatta, Pumpernickel, Italian, Sourdough, and many more. So if you’re looking to satisfy that appetite, hurry on over to Heidi’s Brooklyn Deli. But you better keep an eye on your lunch or it’s liable to grow legs. And as we say in Brooklyn, “If you think you can find a better deli, just fuggedaboudit!”
Training & Support
 Heidi's Training Program
- Approximately 180 hours of training for 2 people that takes place in both the corporare office and operating restaurants
- 60 hours of baking training
- In store training guide book that covers customer service, cashier, food safety, and standardized recipes of all menu items
- We may also be able to assist you with site location and lease negotiations as well developing of your store once the location is selected
Investment Package Includes:
- Design plans for architectural blue print requirements.
- All required food service equipment
- Furniture to include tables, chairs and booths
- Lighting package
- Security system
- Point of sale system
- Signage
- Office equipment and supplies

- The franchise fee is $35,000
- The total investment for your store ranges between $307,667 to $428,900 which includes the franchise fee of $35,000
