Living Lite Hypnosis Centers have been helping (mostly) women lose weight in a healthy manner since 1987. Katie Evans is the author of two published books: “Random Acts to Lighten Up!: Easy Tools to Redesign Your Body from the Inside Out” and “The Living Light!^® Weight Loss Program Text Book”. She travels around the country speaking on health-related issues. She has taught health at South Seattle Community College, Central Seattle Community College and Discover U. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of Washington.

She is the founder and CEO of the Living Lite Hypnosis Centers, Inc., which currently has 41 offices in the US and Canada. She created Living Lite in 1986 out of a response from her psychotherapy clients for more information and support in achieving their weight loss goals. Katie works with individuals and organizations to live healthy lives by creating balance, reducing stress and finding humor in just about everything.

She hosted her own radio program for 2 years and retired from that “career” to begin working with entrepreneurs to take this amazing program to even more people.

• 1000 business cards for 1 person or 500 each for 2 people (Value= $160)
• 1000 marketing flyers for corporate business (Value= $210)
• List of items needed to conduct classes in a helpful and professional manner

The licensees that are most successful with Living Lite have several unique characteristics in common. They are passionate about helping people and love talking to people.
