In addition to residential customers, Mower Doc also works with manycommercial clients including most major mower brands, and we intend to scale future opportunities for the benefit of our franchise investors.

The Mower Doc franchise model is a work-from-home operation in most cases, allowing for a very low initial investment and a strong operating profit. It is operationally structured to run smoothly, with a small number of employees and a reasonable workload for an owner operator. Work flows, process management and franchisor experience in the field allow for the Mower Doc model to be replicated easily with the right franchise partners.
We grant an exclusive territory to each franchise owner in a defined area with a 150,000 population or within a 15 mile radius of the Mower Doc location, whichever is greater.

We provide three weeks of initial training at our headquarters in Georgia before franchisees open for business. Training covers operational, sales and marketing techniques, as well as on-the-job coaching in customer service. This is followed byadditional training at each franchisee's new Mower Doc location.Periodic refresher training is subsequently provided at our headquarters.
Mower Doc also offers operational support in business unit operations and maintenance, customer service techniques, product ordering, suggested pricing guidelines and administrative procedures. We also provide superb advertising and marketing strategies to help our franchisees bring in new business.
