Mr. Clean A Can takes care of the unpleasant chore FOR YOU! Once every 4 to 6 weeks depending on your location a friendly technician will clean your trash cans at your curb or place of business.

Clean-A-Can has developed the equipment and created a successful business model for its franchisees to quickly launch their own home-based Clean-A-Can operation. The Clean-A-Can home office handles all aspects of administration ranging from call center activities all the way through to the daily routing for the cleaning technicians. Our franchisees are just responsible for delivering our high quality service to their customers in their chosen territory.

The service works in coordination with the collection schedule offering regular cleaning and deodorizing to residential and/or commercial customers.

Are You a Good Fit for Mr. Clean-A-Can?
The initial franchise fee is $20,000. In addition to helping fund our ability to bring this franchise opportunity to you, this fee also funds the setup and pre-opening support of your operation, including the initial training. Area Developer Agreements are also available in some markets!
Franchisees will be required to pay a royalty of 5% and a business support fee of 8%. The business support fee is used to fund a wide range of “back-office” activities such sales, marketing and other promotional assistance, as well as all administrative functions required for customer service, accounts receivable, general operations and new technology development. It is also noteworthy that we pay our franchise partners every month based on sales made – regardless of receivables actually collected. This fact, combined with the fact that most of our customers prepay for the entire year of service, is very advantageous to our franchisees from a cash flow standpoint.
