Overview
With over 100 years of cumulative business expertise, our management team has earned the respect and trust of our strategic franchise partners, working closely with them to help deliver excellent customer service, build market share and work with fellow franchisees to develop local and regional markets.
Products & Services
It all started back in 1960 when two brothers, Bob and Nick Constabaris decided they'd start grilling up and selling steaks for a reasonable price. They saved customers money by making it a self serve concept. It was wildly successful. Now the chain has evolved to a full service/casual dining format, with an open kitchen, unique decor and West Coast inspired menu, a full bar and lounge. The main focus remains great steaks and exceptional value. We're all about the West Coast. Natural. Relaxed. And ready for anything. We're the place you come for a relaxing dinner or an upbeat evening in the bar. We're all things West Coast to all people.
Training & Support
Training for you and your staff is thorough and complete. As part of the initial training, you and your new managers will work at one of our existing locations. We then send a "hands-on" support opening team to assist in training staff. You'll be able to open your restaurant with complete confidence, knowing exactly how Mr MIKES Steakhouse and Bar does things and backed by a system and people who are always there to help you. The cost of training you and your management teams is included in your license fee, however travel accommodation and meals are extra.
Our leadership/support team will provide you with the tools and advice to help your restaurant succeed. Before your store opens, we provide a development team to create MR MIKES Steakhouse and Bar physical environment. At the same time, we'll train your management and staff to deliver the MR MIKES Steakhouse and Bar experience to the customer. Once the store is opened, we continue with store visits and consultation to ensure our systems and specifications are in place.
