Our Concept Nothing But Noodles ® is a fast-casual restaurant dedicated to providing the highest quality, best tasting, made to order noodle and global pasta dishes available. We fill the void between the typical fast-food outlet and a full service dining experience. Within 15 minutes of entering our restaurants, customers are enjoying a wok seared bowl of shrimp, chicken, noodles or pastas or a freshly tossed salad served in one of our real ceramic china bowls. Top your meal off with a fabulous dessert or simply enjoy a glass of wine with your dining occasion. Our cuisine draws on a variety of cultural influences from around the world including: Asian, European, Mediterranean, and American. Nothing But Noodles ® features an extensive menu offering something for every member of your group or family, with more reasons to return and appreciate other high quality items.
Currently there are 35 restaurants in our Nothing But Noodles ® system located in 21 states across the US, with an additional 125 under contract for development over the next eight years. The Nothing But Noodles ® system is truly just beginning and we welcome experienced full service and QSR restaurant people to join us in this venture, as we continue to grow the brand to a greater regional and national presence. Restaurant Industries Fast-Casual Segment Today, "Fast-casual" is the hottest growth segment of the restaurant industries multiple categories. Compared to quick service (fast-food) the fast-casual segment includes concepts that offer higher quality menu items, served in a more aesthetically pleasing atmosphere that rivals casual-dining competitors, while guest check averages are significantly less. The food is ordered at the counter, beverages are self-service and the completed food order is brought to your table by a friendly and cheerful employee. Nothing But Noodles ® seeks mature, experienced retail business individuals or partners who are interested in owning and operating their own restaurant business. Franchise owners are ideally hands-on individuals, experienced in full service or QSR restaurants, who take pride in building their own business and serving a quality product in their respective communities. If you do not have previous restaurant experience, we will require you to join with an operating partner or hire an experienced manager that will own an equity portion of the business. Total commitment to guest satisfaction is critical in achieving and maintaining successful restaurants in any restaurant system, the competition is fierce. Our current restaurant design and layout is best accommodated in 2800-3200 square feet, positioned at the end-caps of busy anchored retail shopping centers. We also have free-standing restaurants of similar size with sufficient parking, located in “destination end” clustered restaurant areas. Based on your experience and financial qualifications, and your geographic preference, we offer single unit and multi-unit area development agreements. Area development allows for geographic control of NBN restaurant development. This new exciting national system of global pasta restaurants is truly in its beginning.
