Tony and Frank Bowers along with Joe Hamilton and Mark Tatum discovered a business formula that would link the two industries into a symbiotic relationship that would breed rapid and continuous growth on the pest end of the business. Linking the Real Estate market tightly with the pest industry was not a new concept. The science in which PestNow approached this market enabled them to seed and harvest the most sought out commodity in the industry...”customers.” Success in the pest industry has long been determined by pest pressure (lots of bugs!) and the ability to generate customer calls. The group realized quickly that dependency on any one single phase for lead generation was risky so they soon expanded into other successful customer streams.

To maximize these leads the group hired an industry expert to cultivate these new streams into a growing and viable customer base. The results of this marriage were phenomenal as the model expanded from single phase lead generation to multi phase lead generation marking record growth year after year. The success of this fortified business model is demonstrated by the remarkable success PestNow showed during the recent housing crisis and Real Estate melt down. As other companies faltered, struggled and failed….PestNow posted record numbers and growth. The unique aspect to our system is that the corporate office will answer all phone calls, handle all mailings and mail invoices. Your priority will be growing and servicing customers. We use a state-of-the-art custom-built software application and all franchises get an internet phone (plug into the internet) that connects directly to the call center. All paperwork is also scanned in, enabling the call center to pull up and view any jobs that have been performed.
