Products & Services

We are the right choice for data center and computer room cleaning nationwide because we provide consistent, high quality services. Choose only a qualified data center cleaning company for your mission critical data center. We offer preventive maintenance cleaning that includes underfloor cleaning of the subfloor void, raised floor cleaning of the access floor tiles, and equipment surface cleaning. We also, offer post construction cleaning to ensure that your facility is as clean as possible.

Complete Data Center Cleaning
Our complete data center cleaning service cleaning includes an underfloor cleaning of the subfloor void, top of floor surface cleaning of the access floor panels, and an equipment surface cleaning to provide a thorough preventive maintenance program for your data center.

Complete Surface Cleaning
Includes our equipment surface and top of the floor cleaning. The equipment surfaces are wiped clean and vacuumed where applicable with critical filtered vacuums. In addition, the surface of the high-pressure laminate floor panels will be cleaned utilizing equipment and chemicals designed to clean HPL floors in data centers. Most experts recommend that the access floor panels be cleaned quarterly by a professional data center cleaning company.

Subfloor Surface Cleaning
Subfloor surface cleaning includes vacuuming the concrete subfloor plenum under the raised floor in the subfloor void using critical filter vacuums in compliance with Federal Standard 209e for class 100,000 clean rooms. The subfloor is the heart of the data center and is the most critical area that every data center needs to address first. Most hardware manufacturers recommend the subfloor void be cleaned twice per year by a professional data center cleaning company. Under floor cleaning is the cornerstone of a complete data center cleaning preventive maintenance program.

Raised Floor Surface Cleaning
The surface of the high-pressure laminate floor panels will be cleaned utilizing equipment and chemicals designed to clean HPL floors in data centers. HPL access panels that have been neglected from regular cleaning cannot as effectively dissipate static electric charges as a clean HPL access panel. Most experts recommend that the access floor panels be cleaned quarterly by a professional data center cleaning company.

Equipment Surface Cleaning
Exterior surfaces are wiped clean and vacuumed where applicable with critical filtered vacuums. No input devices such as keyboards will be cleaned unless the device is completely powered down. Dust on equipment that has become settled can cause equipment to retain heat and potentially cause unwanted downtime if not routinely maintained.

Initial Service Site Preparation
If your data center has never been under a preventive maintenance program for cleaning, then an initial service site preparation may need to be performed. An initial service site preparation will combine an underfloor cleaning in the subfloor void, access panel surface cleaning of the raised floor, equipment surface cleaning, and a stringer substructure cleaning to ensure that your data center is as clean as possible.

Post Construction Site Preparation
If your data center has recently undergone expansion or new construction, then a complete post construction cleaning will need to be performed prior to any equipment being powered up. A complete cleaning of the subfloor surface, top of the raised floor and any equipment will be provided to remove all construction dust and debris to ensure a safe operating environment. Always utilize a professional data center cleaning company when performing a post construction site prep.

Environmental Sampling
Environmental sampling includes a menu of services that can be tailored to meet your needs. These include taking sample readings of temperature, humidity, and airborne particulate levels within the data center. This sampling provides a snap shot of the conditions within the mission critical facility at the time of sampling. These readings can help identify problem areas within your mission critical facility.

Why ProSource Mission Critical Services?

ProSource Mission Critical Services a franchise opportunity from Franchise Genius
As downtime continues to be a focus among mission critical facility managers, ProSource provides a preventive maintenance solution to on-going contamination control problems in the data center. Professional data center managers strive to engage qualified companies to perform maintenance in their critical facilities. As a result, specialty cleaning vendors have always demanded a higher premium to provide this level of trust through qualified equipment, supplies, procedures, and trained technicians. ProSource is meeting these demands in this high-growth cleaning market.

As the need for data processing grows, so does our market. Potential customers include the following industries: banking, insurance, aerospace, accounting, legal, manufacturing, federal government, state government, education, healthcare, distribution, retail, brokerage, information technology, property management, as well as any organization that has a need to provide information to its customers or employees. CB Richard Ellis, the world’s largest provider of critical facility management services, predicts that the demand for data center space is so strong that it suggests another data center build-out boom as in the late 1990s.

Currently, the industry is marked by local and regional companies in a fragmented market with no national leader that is able to provide consistent quality, coverage, and pricing across the entire country. We believe that through franchising we will provide competitive local coverage, consistent quality, and emerge as the leader in the ability to offer national contracts thereby locking out other competition. In addition, leveraging the power of a branded national company will increase the opportunities for more local and regional service agreements. These factors, coupled with dedicated and experienced local business owners, we believe are a formula for long-term success.
