Crafted from a passion to cook and with over 40 years of restaurant experience, Red Rock Chili Co. opened its Newport Beach, California doors in 2002. Founded by Carol and Paul Collis, Red Rock Chili Co. is a dining experience that is hearty, wholesome and truly unique.
With a foundation that is built on a craving, a passion, an obsession for a simmered combination of meat and chile peppers whose distinctive aroma makes an indelible imprint on the senses, Red Rock Chili Co. has quickly gained a loyal following.
