Founded in 1994 in West Redding Connecticut, Sandella’s Flatbread is an upscale, fast casual Café serving premium quality, health-conscious and great tasting menu items served on Sandellas proprietary brick oven flatbread. Sandella’s serves the most popular grilled flatbreads, sandwiches, paninis, quesadillas, & salads – all made using our delicious, brick oven flatbread.
Sandella’s has over 125+ restaurant locations open and many more in development. The concept incorporates the hottest trends in the fast casual segment, offering consumers fresh, hot and healthy menu items. Its all about the taste and the experience - premium products, in a warm and upscale fast casual setting!
Sandellas tends to appeal slightly more to women but in general our target customers are young couples, young families and young singles ages 25-45, that are health conscious, college educated, with household incomes of $50,000+, that lead busy lives, are concerned about health, and are familiar with new sophisticated tastes.
