To succeed as a single-operator marketing agency (“Solopreneur”) you must do three things:

1.      Find paying work

2.      Do the work

3.      Get paid for the work

It sounds easy, but it can be difficult for a Solopreneur to find the right balance between finding work and doing work. Imbalance in these activities leads to herky-jerky workflow, uneven cash flow, and an inability to stablize and grow.

Whether you have prior experience in sales (“finding work”) or fulfillment (“doing work”), we will welcome you into our collaborative network of 100+ Agency Owners, who bring skills and abilities that can complement your own. This “Complementary Collaboration” business model will allow you to focus your efforts on what you do best, be it “finding” or “doing,” while others in the network help you by doing what they do best. “Finders” can send work to “Doers” and “Doers” can accept work from “Finders.” Working collaboratively with other Agency Owners, you can smooth your work flow and increase your capacity to earn money.

Then, when you are ready to grow beyond a single-person agency, SearchMarketMe can help you scale sustainably by providing training for up to four additional sales and fulfillment employees (at no additional cost to you) as well as a Manager or Partner who can run the business for you.

At SearchMarketMe, you’re not “buying a job.” You are building a business.
