Seattle Sutton's Healthy Eating offers two different levels of participation with our company; franchises and distributorships. Franchise opportunities are availabe in select areas and involve opening a meal production facility to service distributors in your area. Distributor opportunities (retail stores) are available in most areas and are not franchises.

Seattle Sutton's Healthy Eating (SSHE), a family-owned, Illinois-based healthy meal replacement company offers a no-gimmick approach to convenient, healthy eating. The meal program is scientifically designed and taste-tested. Founded by Seattle Sutton, RN, BSN in 1985 to help address patient’s needs to lose weight or address other health issues, such as diabetes, hypertension, heart disease and obesity. Seattle Sutton's dedication to health continues today, since all SSHE menus are analyzed on an ongoing basis and adhere to recommended dietary guidelines. SSHE prepares thousands of healthy, delicious meals weekly and its innovative approach has helped thousands of people achieve and maintain weight loss without the planning, shopping or cooking for themselves.

Are You a Good Fit for Seattle Sutton's Healthy Eating?
You do not need culinary or restaurant management experience. SSHE does all the menu planning, cooking, and preparation. All you need to do is order your client's meals and be available for pick-up/delivery. The people you order the meals for are your clients. Although they may be referred to you by SSHE, you are completely responsible for ordering their meals and ensuring delivery/pick-up. You do not work for SSHE, you work for your clients.
Most states will have only one franchise owner and one manufacturing/distribution facility. Estimated investment: $1,500,000 - $2,000,000 (Includes $35,000 Franchise Fee).
