After successfully operating our brand regionally for over seven years we decided to franchise our presence nationwide. Our controlled and slow growth strategy makes now the ideal time to open a Shuckin' Shack Oyster Bar.

Q: What is the investment to get a Shuckin' Shack Oyster Bar open?
A: The startup range is $150K to $250K.
Q: What is the franchise fee?
A: Single store Franchise is $30,000 for a mutually agreed protected territory. A multi 3-store is $60,000 up front and we waive the franchise fee on the third location.
Q: What are the royalty fees?
A: 3/4/5/ Solid Start Royalties: 1st year 3%, second year 4%, third year and beyond 5%.
Q: Is there advertising fees?
A: Each of our franchisees contribute 2% of their sales to the national ad fund to be used solely to develop and maintain marketing assets for branding the Shuckin' Shack Oyster Bar on a national, regional and local scale.
Q: Does the Shuckin' Shack Oyster Bar offer financing?
A: No….We do not offer financing but we do have multiple 3rd party contacts that can provide funding for your Shuckin' Shack business. Our financing providers offer traditional bank loans, 401K loans, equipment leasing, and uncollateralized lines of credit.

A: Shuckin' Shack Oyster Bar can be as small as 1250 square feet up to 2000 square feet in size.

A: We desire to partner with International Master Franchisors to develop the International markets.

A: Approximately 10-12 weeks.

A: The Shuckin Shack Oyster Bar has pre-negotiated national contracts in place on everything from your start-up package to get your store open to the food and beverage products you will offer on a daily basis.
Q: Does the Shuckin' Shack Oyster Bar offer training?
A: Yes…our franchisees come to the beach in Wilmington, North Carolina for 6 days to attend Shuckin' Shack U. Our training is in a classroom setting and live restaurant setting where they are taught how to execute the concept, learn marketing strategies as well as understanding the financial side of things and last but not least the overall business development.
Q: How much money can I make owning a Shuckin' Shack Oyster Bar?
