At Smoke, we fill the void between the so-called better burger segment and the chef-driven gourmet burger bar. Smoke burgers start with a customer blend of Angus beef slow-smoked onsite with real hickory wood. House burgers are topped with house made ketchup, mustard and pickles. Our signature Road Trip burgers are dressed with flavor profiles inspired by regional tastes of the USA. The Texas Triple Jay, Dirty Vegas and Gilroy Five-Cheese and Garlic are former 1st Place winners at the National Hamburger Festival.
Equally creatively topped hot dogs, grilled cheese sandwiches and smoked chicken wings make for a rounded menu giving Smoke a competitive advantage over single item brands. Accompanying these entrees are double-fried, fresh cut fries that are seasoned to order with a selection of custom made herbs and spices along with thick, hand spun milkshakes like the popular Salted Caramel Pretzel or Peanut Butter and Jelly.
