Your Responsibilities as Part of SFG:

  • Convert existing business that are covered under the four SFG franchises, ie, Professional Carpet Systems, Totally Green…Totally Clean; Professional Restoration Systems, and The Olde World Rug Washing Company to SFG Franchises in order to set up base models and hands on training centers.
  • Start franchises in the areas not currently involved in order to set up base model and hands on training centers.
  • Develop territory and/or sell off the four SFG Franchises.
  • Develop business sources in territory being developed.
  • Advertise locally for new franchise sales

TRAINING PROGRAMS

Initial assistance provided by The Franchisor will include the following franchisee training programs:

SFG will provide franchisees with approximately Two  Full days of initial training at the Franchisor's headquarters in Raleigh, North Carolina or at a location designated by the Franchisor, beginning approximately two to four weeks before the franchisee is scheduled to open for business. Training instruction will pertain to administrative, operational, and sales/marketing matters; it will also include a liberal amount of on-the-job training. This training will be provided for the franchisee and up to one other team member.

On-site training is also provided and typically takes place when the franchisee commences operations of their SFG model.  An experienced trainer from SFG will provide on-site training to assist the franchisee in the commencement of operations.  The onsite training will happen after the franchisee has opened their business and will primarily involve the franchisor coming to the territory to market and meet with initial contacts for the franchisee’s benefit.  This work will be entirely field based work and will focus on getting the franchisee comfortable with operating the business.
