- Financial capability to open 5 restaurants within 5 years
- Liquidity = $2.5 million, Net Worth = $6.0 million
- Personal guarantee of the franchisee
Required Documentation:
- Submit Franchise Application Form which will be provided
- Provide Personal/Corporate Financial Statements
- Provide detailed 5 Year Market Plan
- Provide a sample Pro Forma/P&L for the first restaurant
- Carlson Restaurants requires background checks for all serious candidates
