There are three investment opportunities:
Single Unit – This option offers franchisee ownership with the lowest investment requirement.
Multiple Units – Franchisees own multiple units within a specific region or state for increased income potential.
Regional Directorships – Franchisees operate in defined territories and share in the financial rewards of that region.
Each opportunity is tailored to meet your specific investment interests, based on a range of individual criteria.

Burger options: beef, chicken, turkey, salmon, ahi and veggie. Three patty sizes. Ten cheeses. Twenty-six toppings. Seventeen unique sauces and six buns.

Training & Support
Are You a Good Fit for The Counter?
The minimum initial requirement is $100,000. The remaining cost may be financed through lending institutions or Certified SBA Lenders.
PREFERRED CRITERIA:
- Minimum 5 years experience in casual dining (or fast casual) as owner/operator
- Maximum debt to cash flow less than or equal to 8.0x
- Minimum net worth greater than or equal to $5.0MM
- Minimum liquidity greater than or equal to $500k per restaurant to be developed (i.e. cash reserves)
- Minimum 5 unit commitment
