As a TES coach, your tools are education, coaching, and access to hundreds of franchises & other business options.  Your job is to help people (just like you), explore careers outside of traditional employment. Our unbiased placement coaching services are delivered to clients at no cost to them.  We generate revenue by obtaining placement fees from referral agreements with hundreds of franchise partners.

As a TES Coach, you will be uniquely qualified to help these people to understand what's possible, what options they have, and allow them to tap into their lifestyle dreams. Armed with the tools of empowerment that you provide, your clients will find vehicles in franchising that they had not known existed to achieve the lifestyle that they have always imagined.

Qualifications: Individuals who possess a strong business development, sales, marketing, coaching and/or recruiting background.
