Costs
Many food businesses require expensive and perishable food ingredients. Pretzels consist primarily of flour, sugar, water, and yeast. Start up costs are low when compared to other food franchises. Our high-speed, hearth-bake conveyor ovens simplify an already simple process. This reduces labor costs and assures the consistency of the product. Pretzel Twister® store owners also have the added benefit of being able to offer fruit drinks, juices, and Coke products.
Automated Conveyorized Ovens
Our pretzels are specially hearth-baked directly on the surface of the oven just like the original pretzel bakers. The conveyorized oven assures perfectly baked pretzels every time guaranteeing consistent quality, reduced food waste, and eliminating the need for extra employees just to tend the oven.

Our stores can range in size from 200 to 800 square feet and are best suited for enclosed shopping malls or very busy areas with high foot traffic.
The total initial investment will depend on the condition of the space where the store will be built. It will depend on whether the space was previously used as a food service or was previo usly unoccupied and completely void of utilities. Please refer to the Costs section for more information.
