Training & Support
Initial Training
As a new franchisee, you are entitled to a comprehensive 5 day training program in the Edmonton head office and up-to-date operating manuals to prepare you for all aspects of the business. You will be equipped and ready for day-to-day operations, sales and marketing, business development, and store administration. You will be assisted with your store setup and merchandising, grand opening and first few days of operating. You'll also be offered periodic refresher courses to reinforce Watch IT!'s winning business practices.
Ongoing Support and Communication
Frequent meetings, announcements, and corporate support are essential to keep you current on the industry trends and new product releases. You will be encouraged and supported to stay on the pulse of the industry and be one of Canada's retail leaders. Your input into new products and concepts will be recognized and you will be rewarded for outstanding achievements in sales, for quality of operations, and for setting other benchmarks of success.
