Participation In A Nationwide Moving Service
ZipCubes will be offering a nationwide self-pack type of moving service. Apart from the storage and transportation revenue both at point of origin and at destination, the Franchisees will receive a fee for each move of a CUBE from the Franchisee's territory. ZipCubes' affiliate, will centrally perform the administration and tracking of the nationwide moving service for moves that originates in each Franchisee's territory.

Training & Support
The ZipCubes Internet Portal will be promoted by the Franchisor to maximize traffic. Storage customers will click on their location and will be provided with local service and contact information. We believe local knowledge is more powerful than national call centers. Local promotion is the responsibility of the Franchisee.On signing of the Franchise Agreement the Franchisee will be invited to San Francisco for a training session including viewing of the local operation of ZipCubes' affiliate. Phone or email consultation will be available on an ongoing basis. All Franchisees will be invited to annual Franchisee meetings where the business model will be discussed and ideas shared to enhance the Franchisee's ZipCubes business.
Are You a Good Fit for ZipCubes?
ZipCubes initial franchise fee is only $25,000. Rather than having to purchase an inventory of CUBES, you will rent branded CUBES from our affiliate. You will be required to rent a minimum number of CUBES based on the population of the Franchise territory. The CUBES are not for sale. Detailed information is available in the Uniform Franchise Offering Circular (UFOC). We are not charging a royalty fee to the Franchisees.
