Bojangles’ Hires Local Store Marketing Coordinator to Support Brand in Midlands and Upstate
Columbia, S.C. - Nov. 11, 2011— Bojangles’ has named Tony Birch its new local store marketing coordinator for the Columbia and Spartanburg areas. As the local store marketing coordinator, Birch will build relationships with community organizations and customers in these areas on behalf of Bojangles’.
Prior to joining Bojangles’ Birch spent six years as an owner/operator for another regional quick-service restaurant chain. During this time he handled everything from employee training to marketing and inventory management to safety.
“Tony’s experience in the food service industry will help him make a positive impact on the Bojangles’ brand and help us build an even stronger relationship with the Midlands and Upstate communities,” said Bojangles’ Senior Vice President of Marketing Randy Poindexter.
In addition to his professional experience Birch also focused his educational efforts in the marketing and hospitality industry and holds an associate degree from Spartanburg Technical College as well as a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina – Upstate.
