Deli Delicious - Up and Coming Franchise
Deli Delicious is the result of hard work and dedication and it’s now taking a “bigger bite of the sandwich market!” (Bethany Clough). “The Fresno-based company run by the Hobab family is poised to rapidly expand in a way not seen very often by local companies in Fresno -- through franchising,” said Bethany Clough, a reporter from the Fresno Bee Newspaper. With 22 open facilities and 18 more coming soon Deli Delicious is looking to recognize the American Dream and evolve into a regional company.
“Deli Delicious has changed a lot since the days the Hobab’s made every sandwich at the first restaurant,” said Clough. Now we’re seeing the franchisees build their own teams of superstar sandwich makers!
The corporate headquarters are very accessible and ensure that the Franchisees know they have a whole team behind them willing to jump in and help. 'They're very hands-on and they're very involved,' says Simon Hakimi, a franchise owner. 'They care about the quality of every sandwich, even though they're growing.'
Hadi Hobab, the COO and oldest son of the founders, talks about his father’s view of the company, 'His main thing is to be good to people,' he said. 'He wanted to really take care of their employees, make sure they're getting what they need. All that has to happen and then comes making money at the end.”
