(DALLAS, TX) While the national economy is in recovery mode, Dickey’s Barbecue is accelerating growth. With the pedal to the metal, the world’s largest barbecue chain is actively seeking energetic and talented potential employees to take the company to the next level.

In a report released by the National Restaurant Association, the industry is projecting continued expansion in 2012 despite a sluggish recovery by the nation’s economy. This same report predicts the restaurant industry will continue to fuel U.S. employment as the nation’s second largest private sector employer. Overall restaurant industry employment will reach 12.9 million in 2012, representing 10 percent of the total U.S. workforce.
