Online scheduling is one of new updates to the corporate website at www.zoomingrooming.com. It allows customers the convenience of scheduling 24/7. Rita Finneran, ZoominGroomin’s® Central Scheduler, said the online system is perfect for the customer who is working or busy all day and is unable or forgets to call in his or her pet’s appointment.

“I simply receive their online appointment requests and process them,” Finneran said.

“The Customer Center features an option to select a specific groomer, select individual service, and see available time slots without being concerned with office hours or picking up the phone,” Finneran added.
