Express Employment Professionals Earns World-Class Franchise Designation
OKLAHOMA CITY May 13, 2009 - Express Employment Professionals announces its distinction as a world-class franchise for the fourth year in a row.
Express is FranSurvey Certified, receiving the highest honor a franchisor can earn - the support of their own franchise community. Franchisees were surveyed about several aspects of the franchisor's business, including training and support. Express received a 100% satisfaction level on its initial training provided to franchisees. The company also received a 95% satisfaction rating indicating how franchisees' rated the overall quality of the company, and a 93% satisfaction rating for franchisor relations, which asked franchisees to rank the statement "My franchisor understands that if I am successful they will be successful."

FranSurvey, an independent auditor of franchise opportunities, conducted a survey of all Express Employment Professionals franchisees in February 2009.
