Training & Support
Which Wich trains each franchisee and their team at Which Wich headquarters in Dallas, Texas. We provide ongoing support throughout the life of every Which Wich store. Our two week training sessions involve classroom time, review of our written and on-line manuals, as well as plenty of hands-on training. Before graduating from our training program, each franchisee participates in an "owner simulation" course in which he or she actually runs a Which Wich location.
