Pre-opening support includes site selection assistance, construction and design specifications, and extensive training.
A comprehensive nine-week training program at Fresh City University covers food preparation including proprietary recipes, customer service techniques, marketing and promotions, and business methods, in addition to other critical topics.
A Fresh City consultant will be on location at your restaurant prior to the soft opening, to guide you through the first few days of business, and to assist in planning your grand opening. The Fresh City Franchise team will offer ongoing business consultation, and will share best practices as well as manuals and other training materials, as you grow your business.
Fresh City will assist you in growing your business through the strategic and tactical implementation of Fresh City branding, marketing, and promotions. You will be provided with materials and programs to help you begin positioning your Fresh City restaurant in your community. Additionally, the Fresh City community support and service program—Thinking Fresh™—will help make your franchise the neighborhood restaurant of choice.

Are You a Good Fit for Fresh City?
Fresh City is franchising in select markets pursuant to development agreements, with individuals or partnerships who meet the following minimum characteristics:- Multi-unit restaurant owner/operator for a minimum of 5 years.
- Resources and ability to commit to a development agreement with a minimum of 5 restaurants.
- Minimum of $2.5 million of non-borrowed cash resources.
- Motivated, passionate restaurateur able to meet the demands of multi-unit development and operations.
- Knowledge of real estate and market conditions.
- Operating partner who will live in the development territory.
- Experience and desire to give back to the community in which the restaurant resides.
The investment range for a single location is $756,000 to $1,141,000 which includes everything needed to open your Fresh City restaurant. Actual costs may vary depending on location and other factors.
