Are You a Good Fit for Manchu Wok (USA), Inc.?
The Franchisee does not have to personally operate the Manchu WOK restaurants. However, there must be a full time Manager who has satisfactorily completed the training course provided by Manchu WOK and is devoted to the operation of the restaurant. In addition, it is important to note that to a large part the success of a Manchu WOK franchise depends on the entrepreneurial skills, attitude, and financial stability of the Franchisee. Therefore Manchu WOK strongly recommends that Franchisees be actively involved on a day-to-day basis in their restaurant.
Your estimated initial investment to construct a new Manchu WOK outlet varies depending on type and size of location: i.e. food-court, in-line, end-cap or free-standing between $248,250 - $393,500. There are a number of corporate locations currently in operation for sale at prices less than the above investment amount. The specific breakdowns of these costs are outlined in the Disclosure Document. The Company may sell existing Company-owned units as well. The price and terms for your purchase of a Company-owned Manchu WOK will be established by mutual agreement.
