Products & Services

It’s not about a bucket, mop, and other cleaning supplies. It’s about relationship building, honest service for the dollar paid, thorough and comprehensive completion of the task assigned, and pride in the work accomplished.

Teamwork is the hallmark of our Multicorp program. Multicorp focuses on creating a dynamic, interactive "partnership." We care about the franchise support. We give you individualized attention with these services just as you provide individualized attention to the client services. Take a look at the Multicorp franchise program and what sets us apart from the competition.

We’re not a sales organization. We won’t sell you a Multicorp business without proper training. Our program, unlike our competition who offer minimal training, includes training in cleaning methodologies, which Multicorp and affiliates have perfected over the last 23 years, and educating you on building business and sales.

Training & Support

Multicorp believes in training and education for the long term. Multicorp trainers meticulously focus on business administration, sales and marketing, plus operational procedures in classroom sessions. Then your skills will be honed with extensive on-the-job training. Multicorp trainers don’t simply hand you a video and say "watch this." We truly care about the quality with which a task is completed. To help you further your business abilities and cleaning skills, Multicorp will provide a representative to assist you, as you begin operating your business.

You will receive the Multicorp franchise operations manual. This manual details the entire Multicorp system in reference-tool format. It’s simple to use, with easy-to-find topics. Guidelines to help you establish, manage, and operate your business, as well as information on a variety of personnel issues, daily operating procedures, and marketing and advertising strategies are all included. Much of the manual centers on Multicorp cleaning procedures and customer-procuring techniques.

There is a lot more to recruiting clients than a simple request for business. We will prepare you to proactively look for new and additional accounts, upsell current clients, and continue to assess and reassess client needs. Multicorp has prepared numerous materials that will support you in advertising and promoting the Multicorp name and service. These materials will also support system recognition as the franchise family grows. We’ll even help you with the bidding process, until you are very familiar with it.

Why Multicorp, Inc?

Sweeping the Nation
You've heard that the service sector in today's economy is the place to position a business. While corporations and businesses cut back internal services, business service providers (contractors) are eager to fill the void, especially in the commercial cleaning venue. Even more compelling are the statistics surrounding office building maintenance and commercial cleaning.
  • The janitorial supplies and services market was worth $24 billion in 1997, up an amazing 50% from 1987.
  • This same market is expected to be a $33 billion industry by 2002.
  • Office buildings, government offices, institutional locations, plus retail trade, industrial, and multi-unit buildings are looking at these types of cleaning services.
  • Businesses and corporations are finding it too costly to keep their own cleaning staff and equipment.
  • There are heightened concerns for a clean work environment, indoor air quality, and building maintenance.
  • Outsourcing is a key way to obtain better, faster, and cheaper parts/services of an operation to conserve limited and valuable corporation and financial resources.
  • In some countries, 80% of all cleaning jobs are outsourced.
