Training & Support
Franchise start-up training is packaged in a comprehensive course that teaches you everything you need to know in the area of mobile oil changes, maintenance of your trailer, simple business planning and techniques to help locate customers. Training takes place at the Oil Butler International headquarters in New Jersey. During the training course you will also spend time with the president of Oil Butler International Corp., Samuel E. Casternovia. Mr. Casternovia is the author of a success video tape called the "Eye of Success". He will teach you the basic principles that have made him and others successful. If for any reason you are not comfortable with any part of the training you can stay and Oil Butler will train you on an individual basis until you are comfortable, at no additional cost.
