These people want more control and want to be more heavily involved in their construction project. Our clients are generally 30-55 years old, middle to upper income.
The number of families choosing to act as their own builder is increasing because people want bigger homes with better features and are looking for more value for their money. 10% of new construction projects each year in the U.S. are started and completed by "owner-builders." But, going it alone can be an uncertain venture when attempting a large construction project. Our clients understand that without professional guidance and resources that UBuildIt can bring to the table, managing their own building project will be an expensive, time-consuming and learning experience that most of them will not want to do again. Three Markets Available
Micro Franchise: For smaller towns only. Purely meant as a supplement to a builders current offerings. Great way to add business and market share for minimal expense. We expect you to do 3-10 extra projects a year minimum. Must have 10+ years construction experience. Requires a franchise fee of $19,500
Small Market: For areas of less than 300,000 populations. Can be a stand alone franchise or a supplement to builders current offerings. Proven to be successful either way. We expect you to do a minimum of 10 projects a year. Must have 10+ years construction experience. Requires a franchise fee of $27,500
Large Market: For areas larger than 300,000 but less than 700,000 populations. Multiple territories can be run from one office in certain situations. Must be a stand alone franchise but you are still allowed and encouraged to continue your other business(s). Mass marketing is a must for maximum success. We expect you to do 24+ projects a year. 10+ years construction experience is preferred but not required, an office this size will usually hire either a sales or construction professional. You need to excel in one or the other. Requires a franchise fee of $37,500
