AWAT, The All Weather All Terrain mobile fitness service, that can be performed any where at any time 24/7 365 days a year,  founded by Rich Decker an international fitness enthusiast. Decker with over 30 years background in the fitness industry from designing and owning facilities, to creating fitness equipment with 2 US fitness patents, an inspirational speaker and author created AWAT fitness, as who needs a gym when we have the great outdoors.  AWAT method is we bring the gym to you. Our trucks have 20 workout stations that address strength , flexibility, core, agility , cardio vascular and most importantly the mind, body and spirit connection. You get to work out without the hassle of driving, parking, checking in, crowds  etc, as time is a valued commodity and at AWAT we respect that. 

Our Services

Group Classes

AWATfit offers a variety of classes. We maintain an outdoor theme with our five featured classes: Jungle Time, White Water, Stampede, Great Outdoors, and Bucking Bronco. Our Methodology is to facilitate variable, gravity and plyometric fitness components in each class.

Personal Training

AWATfit person training, while we facilitate a variety of equipment and functionality, we primarily focus on your goals, creating that specific program to help you achieve them. We use variable, gravity and plyometric fitness to balance strength and cardio. Our clients include the everyday person looking to attain better health to high school, college, and professional athletes. We assist all in achieving the maximum they can get from their body, mind, and spirit. The trifecta to better performance.
